Vulcan Victory Torchlight Parade

MiPeru will be joining the Vulcans as they seek to overthrow King Boreas and thus bring summer back to St. Paul, Minnesota as part of the annual Winter Carnival. MiPeru will be joining the parade along with Miss Minnesota Latina.
